Cancellation Policy
There is a 7 minute grace period , After 7 minutes there will be an additional $10 added to your service, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled & you will be marked as a No Show and charged a No Show fee ( 100% of your service ) .
If for some reason you can not make your scheduled appointment. Please Cancel within 24 hours before your appointment time or you will be charged a 50% ( 50% or your service ) cancellation fee.
All No Call/ No Shows will be charged a 100% No show fee. After two No call / No Shows , you will be banned from booking
